Some of the methods are to just apply the oil directly to your skin and other methods include putting the oil in a cupped hand and inhaling the scent. There is a lot of information on the web on how to treat the different ailments and there are books and pamphlets that explain different treatments for different conditions.It can also be used for mental awareness and as a natural sunscreen.
Lavender should be stored where it isn’t exposed to heat and light. It is best if it comes in a dark bottle. There are different forms of lavender but if you get a high quality there won’t be much difference. But you may want to try a few different brands to see if one works better for you than another.
