As you might know, I am a big proponent of smoothies. I have several healing smoothie recipes on my website. This chart has the specific ingredients to treat the specific ailment you might be experimenting. You can add these ingredients into your favorite smoothie or you can start with these specific ingredients and then build a smoothie from there.
Here are my three favorite smoothies with detailed recipes. You can use one of them and add to it or they are full of excellent information on how to build your own special smoothie.
