Cooking for one can be extremely difficult–WRONG!  If you are organized and think ahead, cooking for one can be easy and healthy.  The average single person household can find themselves zapping a microwave dinner or ordering out far too often.  This can become not only expensive but also unhealthy.  Microwave dinners and take-out meals are loaded with sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats.
